Dr. Govind Singh of Delhi Greens was invited to deliver a Public Lecture at World Book Fair by the National Mission for Manuscripts, IGNCA. The event took place on 9 January 2018 and was part of a panel discussion on the topic Ecological References in Ancient Manuscripts.
