Delhi Greens takes pride in hosting one of the first Delhi University Green Youth Summit, and the first Green Round-table in the University of Delhi. The first Delhi University Green Round-table and Youth Summit took place on 26 February 2009 at and in collaboration with Delhi College of Arts and Commerce (DCAC), University of Delhi.

The vision of the First Delhi University Green Youth Summit was to create and provide an Open Forum for all Environment, Ecology, Nature, Wildlife and Sustainable Development Societies and Clubs of the University of Delhi. The inaugural lecture in the event was delivered by Mr. Dunu Roy.

• Organising the first Delhi University Green Youth Summit was part of the Post-DYSoC 2008 Agenda of Delhi Greens, to initiate the hosting of Green Youth Summits in the University of Delhi
• Organising the first Green Round-table in the University of Delhi was part of the Agenda of Delhi Greens to unite and bring together the various Eco Clubs and College-level Environmental Societies based in Delhi.
• Govind Singh led the initiative on behalf of Delhi Greens while Anukampa Gupta and Petal Chandok represented the DCAC College.
