Delhi Greens was among the first Civil Society organisations to analyze and respond to the release of India’s National Action Plan on Climate Change (NAPCC). The first NAPCC was released by the Government of India on 30 June 2008. The Plan left out many details that needed to be incorporated in order to ensure India is able to adequately fight and combat climate change.

Delhi Greens, along with like-minded organisations, under the aegis of Climate Challenge India, carried out a swift an interim assessment of the NAPCC and shared it with the Government and other civil society groups on 3rd July 2008.
