Delhi Greens developed an innovative Summer Online Internship Programme (SOIP)  in 2010 which has been operational since then and engages students during each summer.

• SOIP is an online internship; more than 80% of the work has to be completed online.

• A mentor is assigned to each selected intern and evaluation of the internship work is also done online.
  

• Call for SOIP is usually made in April-May of the ongoing year and the internship duration is for a period of six weeks during June-July of the same year.
