Delhi Greens carried out a Gap Analysis of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Report of the Delhi Metro: Central Secretariat – Badarpur Corridor Project in May 2007. A key motivation behind carrying out this Gap Analysis was the Delhi Metro’s submission that the cost of one healthy tree is merely Rs. 700/-.
