Kavita is associated with Delhi Greens as Green Youth Fellow 2020. Kavita completed her graduation with Zoology (Hons.) from Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College, University of Delhi and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Environmental Science from Kurukshetra University. Kavita takes keen interest in global environmental issues and has also enrolled herself in an additional course, a PG Diploma in Environmental Law and Policy.

Kavita is an orator and enthusiastic writer and her writings reflect her keen observation skills. She has been a member of her college debating society, an active volunteer with the NSS and an enthusiastic participant in all events and activities, especially those that promote the cause of environmental protection.

Kavita was previously associated with Delhi Greens as Summer Online Intern where she worked on the broad theme of urban forests, urban biodiversity and Delhi along with understanding the sustainability challenges of Delhi NCR.
