Dr. Govind Singh, Co-Founder, Delhi Greens, was invited as Guest Speaker to deliver an interactive talk by the NSS Wing of Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi. The Interactive Talk was delivered on 10 February 2017 and was part of a two-day long Fest, SAMARPAN, which celebrated the spirit of selfless service.
